UTP has awarded QB a letter of award to supply a 1-Teraflop 128-core symmetric multiprocessor machine (SMP) HPC system. The scope of supply also includes a 24 Terabyte storage system, all of which will be delivered, installed and commissioned over a 10-week period.

Quantum Beez and SGI (Malaysia) jointly organized a one- day workshop on an exciting, new and industry leading digital asset management system, MEDIAFLUX^TM. The creator of the MEDIAFLUX^TM himself, Mr. Jason Lohrey of Arcitecta, conducted the sessions, attended by 40 participants from universities and industry.
